No... Don't be too discouraged, believe that the sunshine always comes after the wind and rain! There are two good news to share with everyone:
1. Social security rates have been lowered again
On November 2nd, the government announced the latest policy of reducing social security premiums: the existing policy originally scheduled to be implemented until next year: the total proportion of unemployment insurance contributions for employers and employees will be temporarily reduced from 3% to 1%, and will continue to be implemented after the end of April 2019.
This is the fifth time in three consecutive years since 2015 that the government has announced a policy to reduce social security rates. The first four tariff reduction policies have cumulatively reduced costs for enterprises by 315 billion yuan.
2. Policy measures to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises will be introduced
On November 4th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China is urgently formulating and introducing policy measures to further support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. On November 3rd, a series of policy measures were sent to relevant departments for comments.
These policy measures include tax reduction and fee reduction, solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, building a public platform to serve small and medium-sized enterprises, and coordinating various provinces to strengthen policy support for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
